  • • 400gram of ripe mango pulp
  • • 1 small onion
  • • 1 spoon of vinegar
  • • 1 spoon of sugar
  • • 1 pinch of cumin
  • • butter or olive oil
  • • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make


Cut the onion into bit pieces and fry over a low heat in a casserole with a few butter or cooking oil.


Later, add the mango pulp that must be cut into small pieces.


Season it and add the sugar, with the vinegar and the cumin.


Cook it over a low heat untill it gets form of a Syrup, thanks to the sugar that we added it.


When this happens add little by little, the water untill the mango get soft.


Remove it from the flame, and finally blend it well.
