- 100 grams of grated Mozzarella cheese

How to make cauliflower with bechamel
Wash the cauliflower and then cut it in bunch-form, drain it well in order for it to be vapor-cooked.
To cook it you can use a microwave oven and put the cut cauliflower in a container with a lid which is appropriate to be used in a microwave and then microwave it for 10 minutes at maximum power. You can also put it in a pot with boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes.
After that time, drain it well, and spread it around an ovenproof container.
