The spinach in béchamel sauce recipe is easy and quick-to-make, a perfect option to enjoy as a light dish that everyone will love.

- ½ kg of fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt as desired
- 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
How to prepare spinach in béchamel
Cut the leaves off of the spinach stem because they are the only part we will use; wash them and drain them.
In a frying pan, heat the oil on medium heat, and when it is hot, sauté the chopped garlic and then add the spinach; sauté for 1 or 2 minutes. Add salt as desired.
Pre-heat the oven to 180º C and in the meantime add some béchamel sauce to a tray or an ovenproof bowl.
Spread the spinach around the whole container and then cover it with the rest of the béchamel sauce.
Lastly, add the grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 10 or 15 minutes.
